Our “Keep It” Satisfaction Guarantee

At All-Store.co, we offer a “Keep It” satisfaction guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us at support@all-store.co with a photo of the item. Instead of the hassle of shipping it back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and you are free to keep, donate, or recycle the product.

1. Our “Keep It” Refund Policy

For most items, we operate a “Keep It” refund model. This means:

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
  • You do not need to return the item. You are free to keep, donate, or recycle it.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, simply send us one clear photo via email — no further action is required on your end.

To request a refund, email us at support@all-store.co with your order number and a brief description (plus a photo if applicable). Our team will confirm your refund within 1–2 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Digital or downloadable products.
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@all-store.co or visiting our Contact page. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Send a photo (if applicable). If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach one clear photo of the item to your email. No return shipment is needed.
  3. Receive your refund. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You keep the product.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you. You are not required to return the original item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@all-store.co.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@all-store.co or use our Contact page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use our refund process instead.
