1. Processing and Handling Time
Handling Time: 1–3 business days. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Destinations and Transit Times
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website using our Tracking Page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders outside the US, transit times may vary depending on the destination country's customs procedures.
All-Store.co is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@all-store.co.
In the rare event that a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
